Approach
I offer a safe, transparent, non-judgemental and caring space for self-exploration and work closely with my clients. I feel privileged to work with a diverse clientele from a trauma-informed, intersectional and anti-oppressive perspective. My approach is also grounded in respect for neurodiversity and an understanding of how ableism intersects with trauma, culture, and identity.
My training allows me to draw from a range of evidence-based techniques and theories that I tailor to each unique individual needs. My initial training was psychodynamic and my work is informed by Attachment theory, Mindfulness based practices, Emotional focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
