Welcome

It is an honour to connect with people and to walk alongside them on their healing journeys. My practice offers trauma-informed therapy that centres the experiences and strengths of Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC). The intention of my work is to provide a safe and supportive space to explore experiences, process trauma, and move toward a life aligned with personal values and identity.

My approach is holistic, gentle, and collaborative, grounded in a social justice and anti-oppressive lens. I recognize the impact of systemic and intergenerational trauma on mental health and wellbeing, and I strive to honour each person’s cultural background, lived experience, and innate resilience. Healing is viewed as a process of reconnection — with self, with community, and with inner wisdom. The therapeutic relationship is built on trust, safety, and respect, allowing space for authentic healing and growth.

I offer online trauma therapy for BIPOC clients across Canada, as well as in-person walk-and-talk sessions in Coquitlam. Sessions are available in English, Spanish, and French.

Vancouver, BC

I acknowledge with gratitude and humbleness that I am a Latinx settler who lives and works on the traditional and unceded territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwəta/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples, who continue their culture and relations with the land to this day.
